If Colorado Ski Country USA reports that Colorado statewide skier visits for the 2026–27 ski season are above 10.5 million skier visits, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is Colorado Ski Country USA’s projected statewide skier-visit total for the 2026–27 ski season. A skier visit represents one person visiting a ski area for all or any part of one day. The figure covers statewide Colorado ski-area visitation and is not limited to Colorado Ski Country USA member resorts. This market uses the first Colorado Ski Country USA statewide estimate for the 2026–27 season; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution. Resolution compares 2026–27 projected statewide skier visits against a fixed 10.5 million baseline from the 2025–26 projected total. Later revisions do not change the strike.

Bonds.
