The Public ChatGPT Plugin (Public Plugin) is offered to you through a partnership between Public Holdings, Inc. (Public Holdings) and OpenAI, LLC (OpenAI). By using the Public Plugin, you agree to be bound by the OpenAI Terms of Use and the following terms and conditions (the Public Plugin Terms and Conditions), which may be updated by Public Holdings from time to time without notice to you.
The Public Plugin is an artificial intelligence investment exploration tool powered by OpenAIs GPT-4 technology (GPT-4). GPT-4 is a generative large language model trained by OpenAI to understand and generate natural language outputs based on inputs from users. Certain users of OpenAIs ChatGPT service (ChatGPT) can install select plugins for ChatGPT, including the Public Plugin. Once enabled, the Public Plugin allows ChatGPT to retrieve information from or send instructions to Public Holdings based on inputs by users (Plugin Input) on the ChatGPT platform (the Services). Based on the users Plugin Input, the user may receive responses generated and returned by the Services (Plugin Output) via the ChatGPT platform.
Given the experimental and rapidly evolving nature of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Services, your use of the Services may result in Plugin Output that is not accurate, correct, true, timely, or complete. We strongly recommend that you independently evaluate and verify the accuracy of any Plugin Output as appropriate for your use case.

- Your use of the Plugin Output is at your sole risk. Public Holdings makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Plugin Output. Public Holdings accepts no responsibility or liability for any Plugin Output.
- Plugin Output is provided as is and Public Holdings does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, quality, non-infringement, timeliness, safety, or any other characteristic of the Plugin Output.
- You may use the Plugin Output only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Plugin Output should not be relied upon to make investment decisions. Not only may the Plugin Output be inaccurate, but the Public Plugin does not consider all factors that may affect investment or other decision-making and does not account for individual goals, risk aversion, and/or other circumstances.
