Meet Armando Senra, Head of iShares Americas.

Armando Senra is Head of iShares Americas at BlackRock. iShares is the largest exchange-traded funds (ETFs) provider in the world, offering more than 900 funds with $3.27 trillion assets under management as of December 2021.

In his current role, Armando is focused on unlocking growth and innovation for iShares—from investing in sustainability to fixed income to new client segments. Prior to his current role with the firm, he was most recently the Head of Latin America and Iberia, responsible for all business activities in markets across the region. He serves as president of the iShares Board, chairs the iShares Americas Executive Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Americas Society/Council of the Americas and 100 Women in Finance.
