Generated Assets Accounts. Generated Assets (“GenA”) is an AI-powered interactive analysis tool that allows you to screen for securities based on objective criteria entered through a natural language interface. Output from GenA is generated at your direction and is intended for informational purposes only. Output should not be considered individualized investment advice or recommendations. Public Advisors does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, relevance, or timeliness of such output and will not be responsible for any losses that may result from your reliance on such information. See additional disclosures. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to invest in the GenA portfolio you have constructed through the tool. Before investing, please carefully consider whether it is suitable for you based on your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and other individual factors. If you elect to invest, then investment advisory services for your account (“Generated Assets Account”) will be provided by Public Advisors and brokerage services will be provided by Public Investing.

Backtests are an interactive analysis tool from Generated Assets that calculates how your specific selection of securities would have performed historically. Returns displayed by the backtest are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results, and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary with each use and over time. For comparison purposes, the backtest may display performance of a benchmark index such as the S&P 500® over the same time period. Benchmark indices are unmanaged, it is not possible to invest directly in a benchmark index, and returns for benchmark indices do not account for fees. See additional disclosures.

Direct Index Accounts. Investment advisory services for Direct Index Accounts (“DI Accounts”) are provided by Public Advisors and brokerage services are provided by Public Investing. Your DI Account’s composition and performance may deviate from the benchmark index due to tracking error, market conditions, the frequency of rebalancing and tax loss harvesting, and any portfolio customizations. A $1,000 initial investment may only enable your DI Account to track some, but not all, of a benchmark index’s stocks. Indexes are not available for direct investment; therefore, their performance does not reflect the expenses associated with management of a DI Account. See additional disclosures.

Tax-Loss Harvesting. Tax-loss harvesting (“TLH”) will automatically occur whenever your DI Account rebalances or experiences a cash inflow or outflow. In order to opt out of TLH altogether, you must set your rebalancing schedule to “None.” The ability of TLH to reduce tax liability is not guaranteed and will depend on your entire tax and investment profile. The performance of replacement stocks purchased through TLH may be worse than the securities sold, and TLH may cause the composition and performance of your portfolio to deviate from the benchmark index. Treasury Accounts. Investment advisory services for Treasury Accounts provided by Public Advisors and brokerage services provided by Public Investing. Public Advisors and Public Investing are affiliates, and both charge fees for their respective services. To learn more, see Public Advisors’ Form CRS, Firm Brochure, and Fee Schedule. Investing in US Treasuries securities involves risks, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and market risk. Securities, Options, and Bonds. Self-directed brokerage accounts and brokerage services for US-listed, registered securities, options, and bonds (except for Treasuries offered through your Jiko Account) are offered to self-directed customers by Open to the Public Investing, Inc. (“Public Investing”), a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA & SIPC.

Options. Options trading entails significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. Please review the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before considering any options strategy. Options investors can rapidly lose the value of their investment in a short period of time. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk, including the potential for losses that exceed the original investment amount.

Rebate rates range from $0.06-$0.18 and depend on the underlying security, whether the trade was placed via API, and your current and prior month’s options trading volume. Rates are subject to change.

Margin Investing. Margin Accounts are offered by Public Investing. Margin investing involves significant risk, including losses greater than your initial investment. You must repay margin debt regardless of the value of securities purchased. Public Investing may change its maintenance margin requirements at any time without prior notice, and if your account falls below the minimum requirements, Public may sell your securities without notice. Margin Disclosure Statement, Margin Agreement, and Fee Schedule.

High-Yield Cash Account. A High-Yield Cash Account (“HYCA”) is a secondary brokerage account with Public Investing. Funds in your HYCA are automatically deposited into partner banks (“Partner Banks”), where that cash earns interest and is eligible for FDIC insurance. See here for a list of current Partner Banks. Your Annual Percentage Yield is variable and may change at the discretion of the Partner Banks or Public Investing. Apex Clearing and Public Investing receive administrative fees for operating this program, which reduce the amount of interest paid on swept cash. Neither Public Investing nor any of its affiliates is a bank. Learn more.

Individual Retirement Accounts. Self-directed individual retirement accounts are offered by Public Investing. Information about retirement accounts on Public is for educational purposes only and is not tax or investment advice. Visit the IRS website for more information on the limitations and tax benefits of Traditional and Roth IRAs. As part of the IRA Match Program Public Investing will fund a 1% match of all IRA transfers & 401(k) rollovers and all contributions (up to the annual contribution limit) made to your Public IRA. Crypto IRAs.
Crypto IRAs are self-directed individual retirement accounts offered and custodied by Alto Trust Co, a New Mexico trust company. Information about retirement accounts on Public is for educational purposes only and is not tax or investment advice. Visit the IRS website for more information on the limitations and tax benefits of IRAs. Crypto is highly speculative and involves significant risk, including loss of principal. Bonds. Bond investing carries risk including the risk that you lose some or all of your investment. High Yield bonds carry greater risk of default. Bond Accounts. A Bond Account is a self-directed brokerage account with Public Investing. Deposits are used to purchase 10 investment-grade and high-yield bonds. ETFs & ETPs. Before investing in an ETF, read the prospectus for details on its objectives, risks, charges, expenses, and unique risk profile. Prospectuses are available on the issuer’s website. A spot bitcoin ETP is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 or regulated under the Commodity Exchange Act.
