RRX Analyst Ratings
Bulls say
Regal Rexnord is supported by a compelling mix of secular and cyclical drivers, led by accelerating data center demand in AMC, where 2026 sales are expected to reach roughly $180M and data center orders for ePOD solutions have already totaled about $735M. The company’s modular ePOD platform improves schedule assurance, supply-chain control, and installation efficiency, while broad-based order momentum in discrete automation, aerospace, and medical also signals healthier underlying demand across the industrial portfolio. Financially, deleveraging should enhance earnings through about $550M of debt repayment in 2026 and roughly $700M in CY27, lowering interest expense and helping net leverage move below 2.0x exiting CY27, which supports a stronger valuation backdrop.
Bears say
Regal Rexnord is facing a negative setup because its earnings outlook has been trimmed, with 2026E adj. EPS at $10.70 and 2027E reduced to $13.05 as assumptions in PES and IPS were lowered. The company’s near-term growth is heavily dependent on data center ePOD wins, yet delays in construction, supply-chain execution, or a lack of additional orders in 2H26 could weaken visibility into 2028 and slow organic momentum. At the same time, $127M of CY26 tariff headwinds, rising working capital needs, and softer residential HVAC and industrial demand create pressure on margins, free cash flow, and deleveraging.
