RCS has performed modestly since my last review roughly five months ago. However, my outlook for the fund has not improved in the interim. This CEF invests heavily in agency MBS. This has pros and cons right now. Spreads are up and refinancing is down, both of which are attractive. However, Fed tapering remains a risk.
