Arxis Inc (ARXS) Analyst Ratings
Bulls say
Arxis is well positioned for outperformance because its ~90% proprietary revenue mix, mission-critical component portfolio, and limited LTA exposure support durable LSD-MSD pricing power, while 1Q26 and 2Q26 organic growth of 17% and 21% show that execution is already translating into above-consensus top-line momentum. Its M&A engine is a second major driver: since the 2026 IPO it has closed five acquisitions, including Omnetics, and ended 2Q26 with net debt of $1.2B, or 1.8x net leverage, implying roughly $1.5B of additional M&A capacity by year-end. The partnership with Arcline further strengthens sourcing, financing, and integration capabilities, helping the company compound EBITDA through both organic growth and acquisition-driven margin expansion toward the mid-40% range over time.
Bears say
Arxis is viewed negatively because slower defense sales and OEM ramp headwinds could meaningfully weaken top-line growth, with downside cases implying revenue CAGR of only 12% through 2028 and $2.25B of sales, or 7.5% through 2028 and $2B of sales. Those weaker sales assumptions would compress profitability to about $880M of adjusted EBITDA at a 39% margin or roughly $770M at a 38% margin, leaving less room to offset execution risk. The outlook is further pressured by political headwinds around defense appropriations, uncertain aircraft deliveries and fleet replacements, M&A integration risk, and macro and geopolitical volatility, while the business’s reliance on defense markets raises sustainability concerns.
