The Real Estate Management and Development segment covers real estate management and development. The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX.

(NYSE: VHI) reported a net loss attributable to Valhi stockholders of $6.0 million, or $.21 per share, in the third quarter of 2023 compared to net income of $26.2 million, or $.92 per share, in the third quarter of 2022. For the first nine months of 2023, Valhi reported a net loss attributable to Valhi stockholders of $16.0 million, or $.56 per share, compared to net income of $99.6 million, or $3.49 per share, in the first nine months of 2022.
