Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. was a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. The Sears Hometown business was acquired by Transform Holdco in June 2019. The Sears Outlet business was acquired by Franchise Group, Inc in October 2019.
