More companies are moving into the Direct-To-Consumer lane. BMW is the latest to move into; but this isn’t their first time doing so. Which is the model that $TSLA is known for! But recently we’ve seen the middle man getting hammered in the markets — $CVNA See more

What’s the incline for $PTON ? The news about the brick-and-mortar partnership with $DKS is impressive, but makes me think. They slowing down the incline of it’s brick-and-mortar operation. As you know, they have been slowly closing stores. Now we’re seeing partnerships become a lifeline for them.See more

Added Signify Health to Watchlist
Looks like good ole $AMZN is following $CVS for putting a bid in on Signify Health. They were up for sale in an auction that could value the company at well over $8 Billion. This company combines technology, analytics and networks to power and create value-based payment programs, driving better outcomes and experiences. Amazon already has their acquisition of #onemedicial in the works for approval. #telehealth #stocknews Also $UNH and $OPCH has placed their bid. (talked about this here: when the news about CVS came out — https://bit.ly/3dB69SI)

Did you hear the news about $CVS is putting in a bid to buy $SGFY ? This news came out yesterday, but — as it looks to expand in home-health services. They are being fast followers to $AMZN with a similar structure to the OneMedical deal. And others moving into this market share. One the latter is pending approval. #telehealth Telewealth is very much a real thing. CVS has already been said to be investing a lot into this emerging market, even dipping into the #Metaverse . This would really build up it’s Minute Clinic if done right. Granted this is a “plan for a bid” statement/convo — this shows how #CVSHealth is really looking at their current customer roadmap and seeing what elements makes to integrate w/it. What it looks like for them might be slightly different for Jeff Bezos’ internet. What do you think about #telehealth ? #makingmoneymoves #stockstowatch #trendalert #stocknews

I saw the news that Tom Ford wanted to be up for sell. And to hear that $EL is now interested in acquiring for $3B aligns a bit more. Why they already own Tom Ford Beauty! Like I posted about last week, I love to look @ who the Parent company is. Estée owns a ton of companies, like $AMZN and others. Like any other company — you have to research to make sure it connects. But this potential full acquSee more

Health is wealth. Well over the last couple of months it appears to be for companies. It’s been a couple of health-base start ups popping up along with acquisitions happening especially with publicly traded companies. Specifically when it comes to #AR #VR — tele-health, etc. A good bit of people are talking about See more

The #ETF landscape has been shifting and moving since the start of the pandemic. We’ve seen it with Cryptocurrency/Blockchain ETFs and a new type is rolling out in the middle of Bank earnings… talk about wild times. Back in April I shared insight that I’ve been seeing about a “Single-Stock ETF” that could be coming. At that time, it was roughly 21 with a prospectuses (rundown of the historical peSee more

Looks like Elon is unplugging his $TWTR deal and will be more than likely hit with a $1B Break Up free by Twitter due to breach of contract. I wonder what the SEC will think! If you remember my earlier commentary, you get the puns! But what I’m concerned about are the people who have been impacted due to deal — 30 % of their talent acquisition team was let go yesterday and other members of staffSee more

While I’m loving the $TSLA $SHOP and $GOOGL pending stock splits… $GME announced they are doing a 4:1 stock split. Which will see shareholders of record as of July 18 receive three additional shares on July 21 for each share they own. So my question is — which split are you waiting for the most and add some commentary on split season?! Want my thoughts? Peep in the comments! 👀 #splitseason #stocknews #stocknews
