The ODS segment focuses on selling lighting products through manufacturer representative agencies and a network of North American broadline and electrical distributors and contractors. The USM segment consists of commercial lighting systems and energy management systems for the wholesale contractor markets. The Corporate and Other segment includes operating expenses. The company was founded in April 1996 and is headquartered in Manitowoc, WI.
