If the year-over-year growth in U.S. employer health insurance costs for September 2027 is above 10%, then the market resolves to Yes. "US employer health insurance cost growth” refers to the BLS Employment Cost Index’s 12-month percentage change in health-benefit costs for private-industry workers, not seasonally adjusted and in current dollars. The September 2027 value measures growth over the year ending September 2027, from September 2026 to September 2027. The published percentage change is used directly, at BLS’s reported precision, without additional calculation or rounding. The first official, non-preliminary value is used. Subsequent revisions and corrections are ignored.

Bonds.
“Bonds” shall refer to corporate debt securities and U.S. government securities offered on the Public platform through a self-directed brokerage account held at Public Investing and custodied at Apex Clearing.
