If the all-hours average real-time power price at PJM Western Hub is above $100/MWh for the week ending October 30, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Period: October 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT to October 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT. Includes the start; excludes the end. Source: PJM Data Miner 2’s verified hourly real-time total LMPs. Intervals follow their Eastern-time start times; repeated daylight-saving hours count separately. Calculation: Simple average of all applicable hourly prices, including negative prices. Round the average to two decimals, with exact halves away from zero. Equality resolves No. Trading closes: October 30, 2026 at 4:59 PM EDT. The final delivery interval still counts. Price versions: Use first published applicable prices. Later corrections count only if published before expiration and accepted by the Exchange as correcting a material error. Exclude unverified, estimated, indicative and forecast prices. Missing data: Do not fill missing prices. At expiration, average the available prices if at least 95% of required intervals are available. Below 95%, resolve only if the available data establishes the outcome regardless of missing values; otherwise, settle at the Exchange-determined last fair price under the full rules.

Bonds.
“Bonds” shall refer to corporate debt securities and U.S. government securities offered on the Public platform through a self-directed brokerage account held at Public Investing and custodied at Apex Clearing. For purposes of this section, Bonds exclude treasury securities held in treasury accounts with Jiko Securities, Inc. as explained under the “ Treasury Accounts” section.

The “locked in” YTW is not guaranteed; you may receive less than the YTW of the bonds in the Bond Account if you sell any of the bonds before maturity or if the issuer defaults on the bond.
