If the value of the Index.US30/USD is at least $52,025 at October 26, 2026 at 4pm ET, then the market resolves to Yes. The market resolves based on the value of the Index.US30/USD at the exact time specified in October 26, 2026 at 4pm ET, as reported by Pyth Network, using the index's natively published level in its own currency and units; no currency conversion is applied. If the value of the Index.US30/USD at October 26, 2026 at 4pm ET is at least $52,025, the market resolves to Yes. If not, the market resolves to No. Revisions to the underlying made after expiration will not be accounted for in determining the Expiration Value. Bonds.
“Bonds” shall refer to corporate debt securities and U.S. government securities offered on the Public platform through a self-directed brokerage account held at Public Investing and custodied at Apex Clearing. For purposes of this section, Bonds exclude treasury securities held in treasury accounts with Jiko Securities, Inc. as explained under the “ Treasury Accounts” section.
