Collectibles

Collectibles are by no means a new phenomenon as people have been collecting trading cards, memorabilia, comics, and other items for decades. That said, the markets for many collectibles saw substantial growth during the COVID-19 pandemic as collectors revisited their old collections during lockdowns, prices across many categories exploded, and a flurry of new collectors and investors entered the markets. In recent months the market across many categories of collectibles have corrected from their pandemic highs, though in many cases prices remain substantially higher than their pre-pandemic levels.
