If you had to put all your eggs in one basket, where would you put it? It’s not recommended to place all your assets in one place, as that exposes you to more risk of loss over a long period of time. Comment below what your one investment would be. #diversification #invest #polloftheday

How long have you been investing? It’s easy as a relatively new investor (about 5 years) it can be easy to forget that volatility is somewhat normal. With markets over the last few years seemingly only going up, and the last 6 months we’ve everything going down. Don’t let the short term uncertainty keep you from taking advantage of long term gains. Folks who talk about the benefits of long term compounding interest had to withstand many volatile seasons in the markets. Stay patient and stay strong, your future self will thank you #buildandgrow #longerterm #investmentopportunity #polloftheday

What age did you become financially independent? In the world we live in it’s seemingly more difficult for young people to break away from being dependent on parental financial assistance. What’s your story? Unlike many of my peers, at the age of 17 I was working and providing for my own lifestyle, rent, college expenses, gas utilities etc as well as investing, having those 5 years of independence financially helped give me the tools to start my own family by age 22 and not just survive but to thrive. It was not easy often working multiple jobs while in college to graduate debt free, and now that I’m in my career job we are able to save for our own retirement as well as put money away towards our sons college. Having a mindset of how can I do something rather than I can’t because, has changed my life. #keepgrinding #financialindependence #longterm #invest #polloftheday
