This weeks looks to be a busy one for IPOs — like 15 of them. Gave y’all a heads up about this Blitz a few weeks ago — Two of the most popular ones: $RENT : Folks are watching for this one due to the interesting pivot they had during the pandemic. Hitting the Market Tomorrow, Target looks to be between $18-20 pps; valuation $1.5B. More here: $UDMY: This one should be kicking off Friday. Target $27.00 and $29.00 ; $4B valuation (numbers change). Many are saying there’s potential for this one to be monster due to their competition. More here: My take: just as with any fund, due diligence is key. Research and realize your portfolio/financial goals. You don’t have to fully pump your dough when there’s an IPO. Fractional or slices are good as well. Butttttt — I always look to S-1, Debt, Leadership (hey, I’ve watch WeWork) among other things. Another one few mention are market share. Understanding if they are handling or hanging with the pack or if there’s even one.. for more. There’s so many IPOs + SPACs coming — from the newly announced Sweetgreens + FaZe Clan to these above and the others you can simply Google (Google Finance is Bae) and get a headache. You don’t have to jump at them all, y’all! Like I love to say: “Research before reaching for your wallet, Fam”. Meaning, Homework over hype. Does it fit your goals, build gains and make you see green? Plus in what time span? Where does this clip come from? My Portfolio Pulse that I do Mondays over on IG and Tiktok: I also talk about #earnings this week! #ipo #stocknews #learningandgrowin #researchqueen A #IPO list I have for this week — -GlobalFoundries ($GFS) Global semiconductor designer and foundry based in the US. - Informatica ($INFA) Provides an enterprise cloud data management platform. - Fluence Energy ($FLNC) Energy storage products and services provider formed by Siemens and AES. - Ensemble Health Partners ($ENSB) - Cincinnati, OH Provides a healthcare revenue cycle management platform. - HireRight Holdings ($HRT) - Provides tech-enabled background screening and identity verification services. -Udemy ($UDMY) - San Francisco, CA Online education marketplace offering user-generated courses. -LianBio ($LIAN) Developing in-licensed therapies for a variety of indications in China. -Rent the Runway ($RENT) Rents designer apparel and accessories to women via monthly subscriptions. - Candela Medical ($CDLA) - Makes energy-based medical devices for aesthetic procedures. -Solo Brands ($DTC) Sells branded fire pits, camp stoves, and other outdoor gear. -AirSculpt Technologies ($AIRS) Provides minimally-invasive body contouring procedures in the US. - Entrada Therapeutics ($TRDA) Preclinical biotech developing therapies for rare neuromuscular diseases. - Sonendo ($SONX) Makes a medical device system for less-invasive root canal therapy. -Arteris ($AIP) Develops and licenses interconnect IP for semiconductor SoCs. - Aura Biosciences ($AURA) Phase 2 biotech developing virus-like drug conjugates for ocular and urologic solid tumors.
