This weeks looks to be a busy one for IPOs — like 15 of them. Gave y’all a heads up about this Blitz a few weeks ago — Two of the most popular ones: $RENT : Folks are watching for this one due to the interesting pivot they had during the pandemic. Hitting the Market Tomorrow, Target looks to be between $18-20 pps; valuation $1.5B. Target $27.00 and $29.00 ; $4B valuation (numbers change). Many are saying there’s potential for this one to be monster due to their competition. You don’t have to fully pump your dough when there’s an IPO. Fractional or slices are good as well. Butttttt — I always look to S-1, Debt, Leadership (hey, I’ve watch WeWork) among other things. Another one few mention are market share. Understanding if they are handling or hanging with the pack or if there’s even one.. for more. There’s so many IPOs + SPACs coming — from the newly announced Sweetgreens + FaZe Clan to these above and the others you can simply Google (Google Finance is Bae) and get a headache. Could be others, yet these are the ones I know of.
