#PublicContent
So if you told 2020 me that 2021 me had started a CTSSHAH L.L.C. - a brand focused on addressing financial literacy gaps ... I would have laughed you out of a room and called you mental. Funny what can happen in only a year or even just a couple of months. I got on Public the last week of June and it has positively changed my life in a way I never saw coming when I clicked on @GrahamStephan 's YouTube referral link - also many thanks for my $TSLA slice by the way! So I've been hard at work trying to create thematic content that can be easily searched and found and hopefully w/ a long shelf life. So I just wanted to give a breakdown of what I have going on outside of Public as I venture into other forms of social media.
$TWTR - @CTSSHAH
This one is limited by the short format so I am playing around w/ promoting my videos through tweets and threads (DRIP thread - https://twitter.com/ctsshah/status/1429753297142001664?s=21). I am also trying to build a network w/ other people outside of Public that are personal finance focused to help push my stuff out to people that are well out of my circles. I also am hoping that we can build up Public by drawing interest from Twitter to Public - so don't forget to follow @nvknows , @buildingbread , @UnderCoverHedgefund , @arbitrage (@PodcastPocket), @brendanschema (@finfriendspod), and many more - please drop all your links here so people can find you! A rising tide lifts all boats ⛴️ ... and if we want Public to be successful it can't hurt to help these Public players to promote Public on Twitter by liking and retweeting to spread awareness. Nobody on here really wants to go back to $HOOD full time ... so lets all invest in each other #BuildCommunity and in Public. 😜
$FB - Financial Literacy via Whiteboard Shorts
So my link is here - https://www.facebook.com/CTSSHAHwhiteboardshorts. I started fresh w/ Facebook and only have my family and medicine community on there. Honestly I started my YouTube channel with the hope of reaching the medical community as personal finance was not taught at all and this was a space I wanted to help serve. I'm hoping to slowly wear down my medical friends or maybe get put in touch with people that do resident or medical student education. Wouldn't be too hard to do $ZM weekend seminars. Getting on Public helped me to see that I probably should expand my audience to promote financial literacy to all. @xiantese had a nice poll and rightfully brought up the fact that the Public FB page maybe wasn't the most active in engagement. Maybe we can all follow it and garner interest there too (https://www.facebook.com/PublicHello/).
$GOOG / $GOOGL / YouTube - CTSSHAH
So my YouTube channel www.youtube.com/c/CTSSHAH is my first love and honestly was started on a whim to prove a point to my staff (@javierdepaz ) that they could start a side hustle and create passive income. The initial goal was to build out financial lingo and tax efficiency in video shorts, but will probably start adding the next layer of longer content and step in front of the camera. I'm so grateful to all of you who have taken the time to subscribe, watch, and even reach out to offer positive feedback and ideas for new content. I've just ordered a bunch of recording equipment and so hoping to launch audio and video components in September. Also, I specifically added a section to my page so that you can find other channels both personal finance related and other content from people that are investing right here on Public - here is an example of a great find - @fernsilva93 and his well subscribed 🤯 https://www.youtube.com/user/nandoprince93. Don't forget to show some love to all the other Public people's channels on there.
#Blog
I receive a lot of message and comments from #NewInvestors and I like to try and respond to everyone that takes the time to reach out to me. This might be impractical in the future and so my work around was to build out a blog that I can direct people to as well as anticipate questions and create YouTube videos on it. The most common question is that they are new and not sure what to do and so for my weekly blog posts I try to help people get started first w/ solid basics. Feel free to check it out if bored - www.ctsshah.com/blog. This is my first time trying to make a website or blog since Xanga blogs (not sure on spelling) in high school ... that was way back when.
P.S.: Sorry for yet another long post ... I take some liberties w/ my weekend posts. If you wanted to search through my older posts more efficiently feel free to click on any of the following tags or use the search function: #InvestopediaCliffNotes , #SaturdaySchool , #FunFacts , #FeedYourBrain , #StrawPolls , #SideHustle .

Hey that's great Man . Your style is smart and spot on . Its fun watching your progress along the path you are on . .. Funny how life delivers different trajectories .

Thank you for the shoutout! I appreciate it, anchor.fm/financialfriends is going to continue to grow along side your platform as well! Excited for the future 🌱

@arbitrage Always happy to promote your good work! Funny how a random message exchange about your podcast in July turned into this 💙👍

@hellofromhere I appreciate that! I'm making it up as I go. I also just spent the last 5 minutes trying to find a Bob Ross JPEG to upload ... sadly it was unsuccessful. You will have to imagine a JPEG of Bob Ross painting w/ caption No Mistakes. Only Happy Accidents 😜

@brendanschema Gotta invest in the next generation early and often!

@Mr_Kryptozzz 🧸💪 thank you! Also @Katbaloo had a question about decentralized exchanges ... thought you might be able to provide some insight? Maybe shoot her a DM.

@Katbaloo message me dear I can't to you for some reason

@arbitrage thank you! I’m a firm believer in Public Relations & my degree is in Mass Communications. I hope they do increase their presence on Facebook and across all the social media sites! The more exposure the better! 😊

Will it also address financial preparedness for emergencies/disasters? @ctsshah I should have been clear to which part I was responding. I was referencing your term “financial literacy.” Since you said you have jumped right in with discussions on it, I was hoping that it also involved preparedness as well.

@SarcasticSpy I feel like I might have entered this conversation mid stream. I'm assuming you are talking about the decentralized exchanges?

¿? yeah I'm lost too @SarcasticSpy

@brendanschema 💪
@1Tuffmudder glad I didn't scare you away w/ my rapid succession messaging 😂
@jmag77 I had you in mind when I wrote out that saying!

@Freshmoney2021 Yes it can! Looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2021 has in store for all of us ... fingers crossed on this one🤞

@vincecmao 💙 Appreciate it! So full disclosure I have no middle gear and this is actually my beta testing for hopefully a new venture in 2022 which will be more medically related. So I've decided to go pedal to the floor for 2021 so that I can make all my mistakes and learn as much as I can before scaling back and pivoting into a new, new side venture. 😅

@meese So Graham Stephan is the master of affiliate marketing. So essentially his viewership on his YouTube channel is huge and say 1% of those actually take the time to go to Public and sign up ... then both you and him get a cash incentive from this case Public. For me personally, I am no different from you here on Public where I think the max is either $500 or $1000 total that can be made by re…See more
