At the current rate of $MULN shares falling, they might be forced to do a 50 to 1 or even a 100 to 1 reverse split come September to be compliant with Nasdaq. And note to, Mullen are heavily diluting current shareholders to help raise capital. They have 1.6 billion shares now after only having 25 million in 2021. more

$AMC and $APE were ridiculous rides 🦍🎢 📉 🤡. No amount of hype, NFTs 👾, or free popcorn 🍿 can make this situation better. AMC plunging in pre-market 🔻 Shares are falling on Thursday after the company announced a new $110 million capital raise, proposed reverse stock split that will require shareholder approval, and plans to convert all $APE equity shares into $AMC share. AMC’s stock was down nearly 23% in premarket trading to $4.05, almost near their pre meme stock price back in January 2021.See more
