The #ETF market has been runneth over the last 18-24 months. A couple sectors that we see them popping up #crypto , digital payments, space, energy, single stock, metaverse. But I saw this chart earlier and it was interesting. 91% of 660 ETF launched since 2021 haven’t performed well. One major reason is this economy and market volatility, without a doubt. But a lot of investors look for #etf s thatSee more

The #ETF landscape has been shifting and moving since the start of the pandemic. We’ve seen it with Cryptocurrency/Blockchain ETFs and a new type is rolling out in the middle of Bank earnings… talk about wild times. Back in April I shared insight that I’ve been seeing about a “Single-Stock ETF” that could be coming. At that time, it was roughly 21 with a prospectuses (rundown of the historical peSee more

A couple days ago on IG ( $FB ) I talked about ways to focus on goals and how to align better for the next half of 2022. I’ve been seeing some commentary around how some of you feel that your portfolio has done so far with this volatile market we’ve been seeing this year (so far). Found this and talked it up a bit in my Stories. What do I want you to focus on?! Not on the companies, but alsoSee more

A couple weeks ago I shared how Cardi B asked when the Government would announce that we were in a recession. Well another woman who’s name starts with C says that we already are (I do too). Cathie Wood of $ARKK (Ark Invest) was on #squakbox talking more about this. While her funds have been interesting over the last couple of months, the insights/case studies have been pretty spot on. What are your thoughts? Question: Do you think we are already in a recession? In the comments, you can add some commentary! I know some people don’t talk about Bruno (FB).. but the news about $GOOG echoing $AAPL in a similar not a complete identical way when it comes to their privacy restrictions across apps, while Facebook has been getting pressed the most about it (in the news and stock market), let’s talk more about what this could mean more more apps… Android/ Google’s effort is called Privacy Sandbox, but they haveSee more

Ah, the stocks are up! Great... Remember when stocks were down or shakey over the last couple of days? How can you know if a stock is a good value or in a "buy" zone without checking it on on solid days like today? Granted, it's not at it's high - it's still better than it was on Monday. Another thing to check out is your "Unrealized" Gain or how the Public App calls it "All Time Gain. This givSee more

I sit on the Monthly mARKet Update Webinars by a fund that some of you may know. Well, the one from December was particularly interesting with Cathie Woods going into the algorithm of the markets and how inflation and other elements impact how it flows. I shared this in my IG Stories, but going to start sharing some of those moments for my #Public Family as well! Will to post separately a diagramSee more

This pandemic has made companies “layer” a bit more deeper when it comes to LOB. From supply chain, labor shortages to other operations situations — companies are starting to get smarter when it comes to how they bring in revenue. I like a lot of you are #semiconductor fans and I gave a heads up that I felt that this area would become a bit more different as we moved through this interesting time.See more

I shared this post a couple days about about some of my favorite websites to gather insights about how to find and research companies to add for your portfolio (here’s the post — bit.ly/32cJ1Ei). Public gives great insights, please use this to your advantage! But outside of investopedia and the ones I listed — a LOT of people gather insights through the scroll. Yes, social media. Dividends are important for investors, along with capital gains. The same way it’s important for you, it’s important for companies who grab shares as well. Along with Cathie Wood and Ark Invest, another one of many that I watch is Uncle Warren and $BRK.B . A lot of investors mirror their moves. Anywhoo — when I saw this on Instagram, I felt this was a whoa along with context. Well Uncle owns aboutSee more
