Posts & Investments - #publicapp

Hello Public community - I use Public as well as $HOOD , and I just saw that the latter is offering 4% APY on uninvested cash for $5/month. I use RH mainly for day trading and crypto, so I won’t be able to take advantage. But this is an offer I would love to see on Public. Is there any talk of adding something like this? #publicapp

After a few months of having to put most of my investing on hold, I’m back. And this time with my entire dividend portfolio as I made a big decision to transfer it over to the #publicapp . Why? I missed the #publiccommunity and I love the fractional shares which I couldn’t do before in my old brokerage. The market may have gone into turmoil while I was away but the #possibilities for #growth in the See more

My tax specialist is so proud of me right now. She’s said “Wow ! Only about 150 pages this year. You’re becoming a more intentional focused investor.😊” So proud of myself right now. I do miss trading though. So fun to see if all your research paid off. And this is my favorite place to do it. Public #public #publicapp #investaddict

#PublicApp needs to make withdrawal button more viewable not hide it in the settings. And idk why I have to answer questions about why I’m withdrawing my cash. Don’t turn into Robinhood and try keeping ppl in a gambling mindset. We are investing not gambling. We are withdrawing funds to pull profits pay bills. No need to survey us about that 😇 See more

I get daily messages in my public inbox from random people trying to sell something. I don’t know what they are trying to sell because I completely ignore them, but here are some traits of these folks: 1. The conversation usually starts with “How are you?” 2. They have no stocks in their portfolio or in their watchlist. 3. They have less than 10 followers. #publiccommunity #publicapp

So they shorted it like crazy last week so call options can’t expire ITM, and now start of the week they let it run up on the brink of passing 30 to get everyone’s hopes up , it’s absolutely absurd how the SEC and DOJ constantly let this manipulation take place, not just with $AMC but with other stocks as well . This country only favors the rich. How are the little guys supposed to compete with thSee more

One thing I'm not a fan of, is that I'm waiting to withdraw funds. Then I make a trade to free up funds ON TOP OF MY SETTLED FUNDS and they use my settled funds I'm trying to withdraw, to make my buy trade. Now I'm stuck waiting for my new funds to settle so I can withdraw them. #publicapp what do?

Treasuries.
U.S. Treasuries (“T-Bill“) investing services on the Public Platform are offered by Jiko Securities, Inc. (“JSI”), a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA & SIPC.
