I bought my first shares of this company last year on my old Stash account. After not seeing much movement it soared wonderfully and doubled the Orig investment when it hit $48 a share. Even though it’s sunk since, I’m hoping that the need for new treatments in the field of mental health will drive the demand for these treatments up. As someone who has, & does struggle with mental health issues I’m also trying to “put my money where my mouth is” by investing in innovative treatments that I know all to well are desperately needed. Most antidepressants are at best ineffective, or at worst, ineffective with horrible side effects. Sadly, this is actually a KNOWN and openly discussed topic amongst Mental Health Specialists that often isn’t shared with patients. Leading many to try medication after ineffective medication. Treatments like Psilocybin and Ketamine have shown extremely promising results so far but, as new treatments usually are, they are out of reach financially for most, & those who often need it most. Investments like these, are some of the only ones I can actually say I invest my heart into as well. #longterm#growth#possibilities#mentalhealth#mentalhealthmatters#innovation#psilocybin#ketamine
Mental health issues are at all-time highs worldwide, with the rise of social media, technology use, being separated from everyone due to the pandemic, political climates, changes in work and school environments, etc.
I like how TALK is very user friendly for our day and age. It’s extremely accessible and there’s a big need for it.
Talkspace has a lot of room to grow from this point, with average price projections around $10 at current value. They also have some big names backing/partnering with them like Michael Phelps and Demi Lovato.
