Online retailer Boxed is latest SPAC tie-up to file for bankruptcy On Sunday, online retailer Boxed $BOXD became the latest company that's gone public via merging with a special purpose acquisition company to file for bankruptcy. Why it matters: At least nine such companies have now filed for bankruptcy — a rather dramatic outcome for companies that took part in the pandemic-era market boom. DetSee more

Trying a little bit of a safer strategy to combat the market's downturn while taking advantage of the discounts! Allocating 5% into 20 assets in which I will DCA into for the time being. I'm especially excited of the discounted technology and communication sectors. Semiconductors are a thing of the future so I got some exposure. Decided it would be in my best interest to invest in big banks as raSee more

Added Boxed to Watchlist
Boxed ( $BOXD ) is an unsung hero. It is not the typical success story of a company started from a garage. What is peculiar is that Chieh Huang, Boxed founder and CEO, is taking exceptional care of his employees. According to him, to build a successful company in the public market you don’t need to squeeze every last penny or every last employee. This is really rare in a business world powered by greed where money is the most important thing. I wonder if we all together can make a difference and help the company! The company was brought to my attention by the following post by @namastestrategy . #public #invest #stock #e-commerce https://public.com/p/PltvA76z18ywdUD2DaNzpfhSU7HrCZgX
