HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN MONEY PRINTER... This method works during all markets, with an added benefit during bad or flat times. It is quite simple as well. And a great way to start of portfolio that requires a little hand-on action, which I enjoy myself. STEP 1: Invest your money in a wide variety of high yield monthly dividend paying tickers. Some are better than others (some are horrible), so doSee more

Hello fellow Public investors. It's been an interesting week for me. Between home & health life, home budgeting, watching the government house, senate, POTUS drama (worse than being forced to watch daytime soaps (yes, they still are around 🙄)). I have been kept watch over possible investments and reevaluating different positions. Now I'm no financial expert, nor any guru by any means. Just my expeSee more

A phrase I’ve been seeing more is “there were more buyers than sellers and that drove the price up”, or some variation of that statement. There are always the exact same number of buyers and sellers, from a shares bought and sold perspective. If you buy a stock, someone sold it to you. If you sell a stock, someone bought it from you. What causes stocks to move is the prices and the quantities wheSee more

Averaging down (DCA) & when do i decide to do it? So first let me explain averaging down (dollar cost averaging) - to buy more shares of a stock when it drops under the price you originally payed or the average paid per share. Averaging down helps in a major way when a stock price you own is dropping because instead of selling at a loss if you buy and add to the postion not only do you bring downSee more

Part 5 of 5 - Thematic ETFs At this point your portfolio is in real solid shape if you have followed along and read parts 1-4. Time to put the cherry on top. To do this, we are going to look at some thematic ETFs. These are ETFs that compile a lot of companies that are all related to specific commodities, industries, and/or supply chains. Take $JETS for example. It gives you exposure to all the mSee more

Part 4 of 5 - Monthly Dividend Payers This is my favorite group of all. Something about receiving money every month is just very appealing to me. Dividends in general are basically just “trimming profit” off an investment and giving it to the shareholder. Also with a monthly payer, you get the added bonus of compounding monthly, instead of quarterly/semi-annually, or annually. To explain how compSee more
