$CVNA has had it tough — just like most of the classified pandemic stock. Last year, shares had a 52-week high of $241.99 and a low of $3.55. They are cutting staff during a continuing sales slowdown. Along with trying to conserve cash to keep up with payments on $7 billion of debt. The largest creditors of Carvana have signed a pact to work together in the event of a possible debt restructuring.See more

Who likes to be told what to do? 🫤 It’s annoying. In this situation though, I have no choice 🙄. After 18 years, Tata Motors ( $TTM ) has voluntarily decided to delist its American Depositary Shares (ADS) from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). These are the shares available for US 🇺🇸 retail investors to buy. Tata Motors ( $TTM ) will submit official documents to start the delisting process from the NYSE this Friday, January 13, 2023 🗓. The proposed last day for the Tata Motors American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is Monday, January 23, 2023. When the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) delisting is completed, Tata Motors shares will only be available to purchase on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the India Stock Exchange (ISE). Tata Motors ( $TTM ) owns the Jaguar Land Rover brand 🐆. Personally, I like Tata Motors ( $TTM ). It was a long-term Emerging Markets investment for me. I didn't want to sell 😩. They have future plans to come up with an affordable electric fleet of cars 🚘 , buses 🚍, trucks 🛻, etc. that would be beneficial to India 🇮🇳 and elsewhere. Plus, Tata is a well-known multichannel brand in India 🇮🇳 . I am hoping they reconsider and relist the brand on the NYSE in the future 🤞🏾. #emergingmarkets #tatamotors #tata #nyse #autobrands #india India #internationalmarkets ⚠️ Not financial advice. One of the trends I talked about earlier this year was how industries like Auto would integrate with the Blockchain. Well — BMW to integrate #blockchain technology and use #BNB Chain to settle transactions for customer loyalty program. More Automakers are rolling this in 2023. Also the loyalty programs will shift to retain customers and up-play used cars.See more

More companies are moving into the Direct-To-Consumer lane. BMW is the latest to move into; but this isn’t their first time doing so. Which is the model that $TSLA is known for! But recently we’ve seen the middle man getting hammered in the markets — $CVNA See more
