You might find it helpful to better understand how the creation of a DAO and its eventual hack led to the split of $ETH and $ETC . #BlockchainScalability #CryptoLingo So Crypto will only be as successful as its ability to scale up along with the rate of growth and user adoption. There will be an inflection point in adoption, but if the blockchain network is unable to handle the traffic and increased throughput ... things could get awkward. The crypto markets have not been kind this week and from my understanding it is the resulSee more

#Metaverse #CryptoMetaverse #CryptoLingo So I've decided to attempt to invest in the metaverse both within the stock market and the crypto market. While I think it is intriguing from a VR and gaming side of things ... from a mental health and physical health perspective I have some serious concerns and reservations. That being said I do plan to invest in it and hope to see it grow responsibly ... mySee more

#dAPP #CryptoLingo So learning about dAPP was probably the final aha moment that convinced me to take crypto a little more seriously. Not to say that all things are going to be worth investing your hard earned money, but more to say that I am trying to be selective about investing my money in certain projects that I feel are credible and could potentially add value. Up next week is back to See more

#GasFee #CryptoLingo So imagine you have gone back in time and are starting to invest in the stock market when trade fees existed ... essentially that is what a Gas Fee is when it comes to buying/selling/moving your funds. #ICO #CryptoLingo So I have never done an ICO before but I have invested in a one pre-IPO which was $HOOD and then a few IPOs. The process for an IPO is far more rigorous and scrutinized than an ICO so these are definitely not to be done without a serious amount of due diligence. I'm sure by now that you have seen the news on the Squid Game Token ... morale of the story is to be skeptical of ICOs. TSee more

While I think the addition of crypto and accessibility wasSee more

#BlockchainGovernance #CryptoLingo So after yesterday it is worth repeating that I am NOT an expert in Crypto ... I am just trying to learn and get up to speed as quickly as possible. #WhitePaper #CryptoLingo Trust but verify. Crypto is new and there will be Ponzi schemes and so if it sounds to be good to be true ... well be skeptical. There are alt coins that are probably pump and dump schemes. If you don't really understand it ... well then probably ok to go ahead and avoid that investment for the time being.
