Meet Carl Merton, CFO of Tilray Brands
Carl Merton is Chief Financial Officer at Tilray Brands ($TLRY), an American pharmaceutical, cannabis-lifestyle, and consumer packaged goods company. In addition to offering THC-based products in states where it is legal, Tilray also offers alcoholic beverages–including the recently acquired line of Montauk Brewing, the #1 craft-brewer in Metro New York, products.
Carl oversees Tilray’s finance department, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, budgeting, and internal controls. Prior to joining Tilray Brands, he was the CFO at Aphria Inc. where he transformed the company into a global cannabis leader. Before this, he served as Vice-President, Special Projects at Atlas Tube Canada ULC and Chief Financial Officer of Reko International Group.
