Download the Public Agent Skill
Grab the skill as a ZIP file. You'll upload it to Grok in step 3.publicdotcom-agent-skill.zipPublic Agent Skill · ZIP archiveDownload
Open source on GitHub.

Open the skill uploader
In Grok, go to:
Plugins→Skills→New Skill→Upload skill file

Upload the ZIP
Drag the file from step 1 into the upload area.

Connect your Public account
Create an API key in your Public API settings, then paste it into your first message to Grok. For example:
Here is my Public API key: YOUR_API_KEY. How is my portfolio performing today?

Once the skill is installed and your API key is provided, Grok can retrieve market data, review your portfolio, and place orders from a conversation.

Use these examples after you connect your Public account.

Important

Placing a trade through Grok is a real order using real money in your Public account. Review all preflight details carefully before confirming.
